Desert Hot Springs is uniquely situated on two underground aquifers. One producing cool water, the other producing hot mineral water. When you stay with us you are located in the middle of all the action high up on Miracle Hill! We are one of the only private homes in the area to have a well on the property that supplies hot mineral water to our spa!

Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. Early check in and check *may* be available. An additional charge will apply to each early check in or check out. We cannot confirm early in / late out prior to 48 hours of your stay. *Spa heating is included at no additional charge for our guest. Heating the pool is extra and not recommended for stays less than a week. Due to this being a mineral water pool, it can take up to 72 hours for the pool to heat up.

We invite you to come spend time melting away the stress, soaking in the hot mineral waters, and connecting with the important people in your life while taking in the Million Dollar Views from our luxury custom built home. Desert Hot Springs is a resort town just north of Palm Springs and one the greatest thermal water areas in the world. Our natural hot springs have been compared to famous healing waters of Evian, Vichy and Baden-Baden. The Coachella Valley has many pools and spas, very few, however offer the real healing powers of natural mineral water.

This place by far was exactly what I was looking for it was so spacious, had all the amenities we needed, very clean and nice. I would definitely rent here again if you’re looking for a nice weekend getaway for your family 👌

Tim's Desert Hot Springs Oasis provided a perfect getaway for our family. The backyard was very private with a lovely mineral pool and spa. We spent wonderful evenings as a family in the pool and spa with a nice view of the mountain. Kitchen was very big and had everything we needed to cook. The game room setup in the garage was perfect for our boys to hang out. Tim was a great host and kept in contact throughout to make sure our stay was perfect. Enjoyed our stay very much. Our kids were sad to leave.

Tim’s place is the perfect spot to relax, unplug and enjoy your company. The living room and kitchen are spacious and comfortable to be in. The game room is the perfect place to relax, enjoy drinks and play pool. Overall, a great place to get away and spend time with those you love.

Great location. Easy to get to and from Joshua tree national Park and the home was clean and homey. We enjoyed using the hot spring pool. Master bedroom has direct access to the pool area.

Beautiful and peaceful location with a great view of the mountains. The neighborhood is quiet so this a great place to get away from the hustle and relax. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The house is also very well equipped.

The home was very cozy and spacious! I loved that there were so many amenities. We were in town for a cheer competition so we didn’t get much time at the property. I loved that we were able to make full meals and everything we needed was available. The bed was comfortable and we loved soaking in the spa. Our family would love to go back.

This house was a pleasant getaway for myself and my family. Its in a good location, not far from Joshua Tree, Palm Springs, and Pioneertown. Tim, the host of the Airbnb, is very concerned about your your stay and will go the extra mile to address any problems you may encounter. Be sure to bring your swimsuits because the mineral water pool and spa is the star of the show here. Unlike most backyard pools, the mineral water here is soft, crystal clear, and doesn't smell like chlorine. This place has a TON of amenities such as games, tech, gadgets, and appliances to enjoy. My only tip would be if you had your heart set on certain amenities, be sure to try them out early so you either learn how it works or inform Tim of an issue. It's a shame you can't play music outside but that's a restriction from the city ands there's nothing that can be done about that. Overall, we had a pleasant experience and have no problem recommending this house to anyone looking for a nice desert getaway.
